The article referred to key points of Dynamic Glass innovation:
◻️Greater shading cools the interior of the building and saves energy for air conditioning, from 20% to 40%.
◻️This product, which we began developing five years ago, can be used on all buildings, although our primary customers are manufacturers of commercial buildings and facilities with large glass surfaces.
◻️The dynamic glass is a dual layer conductive structure with a total thickness of 6.5 millimeters. On both layers of this deep tech glass, chemical materials developed by Brite Solar are printed using inkjet technology. An electrolyte is placed between the two layers, allowing the system to modify its transparency when the user gives a command.
Brite is once again approaching the European Innovation Council, this time to raise €15 million to implement this project.
Earlier, Brite Solar completed an 11 million euro investment to build its new Agri PV production line and manufacturing facility in Patras. This factory is now producing Brite Solar’s semi transparent Agri PV panels, which are already being delivered to more than 14 countries. The investment strengthens the company’s industrial capacity and supports its expansion in both agricultural and architectural applications.
