Highlighting the Partnership in Agrivoltaics
This year marks the international debut of the strategic partnership between Elvan and Brite Solar in agrivoltaics. The project we are most excited to showcase is the joint installation at Makedonikoi Ampelones in Kilkis, Northern Greece, where Brite Solar panels sit above 200 stremmata of active vineyards.
The Kilkis installation combines 111 BSG-300/54-F panels and 74 BSG-200/69-F panels for a total capacity of 48.1 kWp. It is a real, operating example of agrivoltaics applied to viticulture, and a strong reference point for anyone exploring similar projects in vineyards or other open field crops.
